Making It Easy - Annual Staff Seminar 2025

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារ Making It Easy បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធី "Annual Staff Seminar" ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «One Train, One Mission» នៅភូមិផ្កាត្រកួន។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោក គង់ គឹមសុផាត ស្ថាបនិក និងជាអគ្គនាយកក្រុមហ៊ុន បានបង្ហាញពីចក្ខុវិស័យនៃការរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធការងាររួមគ្នាក្នុងទិសដៅតែមួយ ដើម្បីដឹកនាំអតិថិជនពីដំណាក់កាល Setup ទៅកាន់ Scaleup និង Succeed ប្រកបដោយទំនុកចិត្ត។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះក៏បានពង្រឹងនូវវិន័យការងារ និងស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាពតាមរយៈសកម្មភាព Teambuilding និងការរៀបចំលើកទិសដៅយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រថ្មីៗសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦។
On January 30, 2026, the Making It Easy team hosted its "Annual Staff Seminar" at Phumi Phka Trokoun under the theme "One Train, One Mission." During the event, Founder & CEO Mr. Kimsophat Kong shared the vision of an integrated work system moving in a single direction to confidently lead clients through the stages of Setup, Scaleup, and Succeed。
This seminar also reinforced operational discipline and team unity through Teambuilding activities and the development of new strategic directions for 2026.
