Notification of Name Reservation for Business Registration

​The Ministry of Commerce is pleased to inform all business owners who want to reserve their company’s names that you (users) can register your business and reserve your company name at one go through IT based business registration platform (also known as single portal) or you can choose to reserve your company names first and complete the business registration sometimes later.

Each user who wants to reserve your company names in advance can have only three (03) company names reservation which each reservation is validated for only two (2) weeks. If the name reservation becomes invalid after two weeks, the users can reserve the name again which must be done at least one (01) day before expiry date. Please note that all users can renew the company names reservation for only one (01) time.
