In June 2020, the Cambodia government has officially launched its latest Online Business Registration System which can be linked to relevant departments and ministries to reduce the unnecessary bureaucratic roadblocks and to make the process of business registration easier and faster.
This new online registration platform is operated on camDX which is the government’s IT based platform. There are six ministries integrated into the online system: the Ministry of Interior, Economy and Finance, Commerce, Labor and Vocational Training, the General Department of Taxation, and the Council for the Development of Cambodia. This means we can register our business and taxes and obtain licenses under one platform.
Further, all fees are done online through various e-payment channels. In just 8 days after completing the online registration on the platform, we will obtain the digital and license and certificates from the relevant ministries and institution.
