As stated in the objective, the General Department of Immigration has informed municipal and provincial police chiefs to enforce the Interior Ministry’s directive N0 028 ស.ណ.ន regarding the management of foreigners living and visiting the Kingdom, which “The GDI will not renew visas of foreigners staying in Cambodia who are not listed in the FPCS”. This will be implemented on July 1st this year.
In line with the directive, provincial and municipal police chiefs across the Kingdom should inform landlords to report foreigners staying in their houses so they could be listed in the app and get visa extension issued.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom of Cambodia presents its compliments to all Diplomatic and Consular Missions accredited to the Kingdom of Cambodia and has the honor to inform the latter that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, some foreign tourists who arrived in Cambodia after 1 January 2020, have not been able to return to their countries as there is no availability to flights, the Royal Government of tourist visa ( Visa T ) to those foreign citizens and to exempt their visa overstay fines until they will be able to depart Cambodia.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation avails itself of this opportunity to renew to all Diplomatic and Consular Missions accredited to the Kingdom of Cambodia the assurances of its highest consideration.
