Extending deadline for 2020 Quota Renewal Application

The Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training would like to extend the deadline for 2020 Quota application to the end of December 2029. The Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training would like to notify all enterprises or institutions’ owners of this announcement and apply for the 2020 Quota before December 31st 2019. The ministry shall take action in accordance with the regulation in Article 16 of Cambodia’s labor law to penalize those who is late to renew the applications and who acts against the labor law.The Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training hope that all businesses or enterprise owners will fully implement with regards to this announcement.
