Making It Easy is the first company to provide one-stop professional services for foreigners doing businesses and invest in Cambodia.  We specialize in four key areas: Business Registration & Maintenance, Corporate Tax, Serviced Office Space, and Relocation Support.

​We are looking for full-time employees and freelance professionals as follow:
1. Customer Relation Manager (full-time)

Requirements:
- Computer skills and English proficiency, communication skills in another language is a plus
- People skills and effective in communication in business and multi-cultural environment
- Long-term commitment and share the vision & core values of the company
- Dependable, independent, team spirit, creative and fast learner 
 
Main Duties:
- Take good care of all existing clients 
- Monitor and evaluate on customer service and its quality for each service department
- Work with the team to ensure that at least 70% of clients retain using repeated services and/or other services
- In charge of customer care program, referral program and partnership program  
 
Base Salary: $600-$900

Compensation & Benefits: 12 additional & attractive benefits, discussable at the interview

2. Business Registration Officer (full-time)

Requirements:
- Computer skills and English proficiency, communication in another language is a plus
- Strong interest in working with multi-national business owners, government line ministries and details oriented 
- Long-term commitment and share the vision & core values of the company
- Dependable, independent, team spirit, creative and fast learner 
 
Main Duties:
- Take full responsibilities on consultancy for business formations, changes, and closures
- Take full responsibilities for business registrations with the Ministry of Commerce 
- Take full responsibilities for patent and VAT registrations with the General Department of Taxation and tax branches 
- Take full responsibilities for trademark registrations with the Ministry of Commerce
- Take full responsibilities for business license registration with other related government ministries and/or offices
- Develop professional working procedures where needed
- Liaison, maintain professional relationship and resolve all disputes with clients and stakeholders
- In charge of the business registration and maintenance project
 
Base Salary: $200-$400

Compensation & Benefits: 12 additional & attractive benefits, discussable at the interview

3. Digital Marketing Officer (full-time or part-time)

Requirements:
- Computer and Camera skills & English proficiency
- Strong interest in photography, videography, design and digital marketing 
- Long-term commitment and share the vision & core values of the company
- Dependable, independent, team spirit, creative and fast learner 
 
Main Duties:
- Produce at least 4 short videos per month to promote the business
- Design leaflets, brochures, posters, banners and other marketing materials to promote the business where needed
- Work with the Marketing and Sales Manager in promoting the business’s website, Facebook page, groups, blogs and YouTube, etc 
 
Base Salary: $200-$400

Compensation & Benefits: 12 additional & attractive benefits, discussable at the interview

4. Certified Accountant (full-time or part-time)
This position is either a full-time accountant with the opportunity to be the shareholder of the subsidiary company or a freelance accounting professional. Details opportunity is to be discussed at the interview/meeting.

5. Certified Tax Agent (full-time or part-time)

This position is either a full-time tax agent with the opportunity to be the shareholder of the subsidiary company or a freelance tax agent professional. Details opportunity is to be discussed at the interview/meeting.
